To Be Eligible To Participate, Interested Parties Are Required To Submit The Following Documents As Prescribed Under R.a. 9184, Otherwise Known As The Government Procurement Act, Viz : A. Department Of Trade And Industry (dti) Business Name Registration Or Sec Registration Certificate Whichever Maybe Appropriate Under Existing Laws Of The Philippines; B. Valid And Current Mayor's Permit/municipal License; C. Taxpayer's Identification Number Suppliers Already Accredited Need Not To Submit The Above Requirements.
