The Municipal Government Of Placer, Surigao Del Norte, Implementing Partner Of The Department Of Agriculture, Now Invites Bids For The Establishment Of 30 Tons Ice Plant And Ice Storage Facility. Completion Of The Works Is Required By 391 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Ten (10) Years, A Contract Similar To The Project.
