The Municipality Of Pilar, Through The Ra 7171 To Apply The Sum Of Php60,000,000.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Rehabilitation Of Pang-ot-nanangduan Of Farm To Market Road At Barangay Pang-ot & Nanangduan, Pilar, Abra. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Pilar Now Invites Bids For Rehabilitation Of Pang-ot-nanangduan Of Farm To Market Road. Completion Of The Works Is Required 142 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3.
