The Municipality Of Pilar, Through The Ra 7171 To Apply The Sum Of Php11,000,000.00 The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction/repair Of Box Culvert At Narnara & Bolbolo, Pilar, Abra. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Pilar Now Invites Bids For Construction/repair Of Box Culvert. Completion Of The Works Is Required 150 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3.
