Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Abra Municipality Of Pilar Invitation To Bid For Opening Of Kibbo-batbattawang Farm To Market Road 1. The Municipality Of Pilar, Through The Ra 7171 To Apply The Sum Of Php20,000,000.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Opening Of Kibbo-batbattawang Farm To Market Road At Barangay Bolbolo, Pilar, Abra. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Pilar Now Invites Bids For Opening Of Kibbo-batbattawang Farm To Market Road. Completion Of The Works Is Required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
