The Municipality Of Pilar, Through The 20% Df To Apply The Sum Of Php4,000,000.00 The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Public Market At Poblacion, Pilar, Abra. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Pilar Now Invites Bids For Construction Of Public Market. Completion Of The Works Is Required 150 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3.
