The Local Government Unit (lgu) - Peňarrubia, Abra, Through The R.a 7171 Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Fifty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Seven Pesos (php 2,059,567.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Purchase Of Fertilizers. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit (lgu) - Peňarrubia, Abra, Now Invites Bids For The Purchase Of Fertilizers. Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required Within Thirty (30) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
