The Municipality Of Pavia, Iloilo, Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Eighty-six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (p 186,500.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Catering Services For Various Meetings And Activities Of Mayor’s Office/ Contract No. 2025-01. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Pavia, Iloilo Now Invites Bids For The Catering Services For Various Meetings And Activities Of Mayor’s Office. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Six (6) Months. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
