The Local Government Unit Of Pastrana, Through The Supplemental Capital Outlay No. 02 Cy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Four Pesos And 97/100 Centavos (p 223,734.97 ), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Proposed Temporary Walling At Brgy. Jones Post Harvest Facility And Project Identification Number- Bac-infra-2024- 007- Epa. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Pastrana Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required For Twenty One (21 ) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders).to Be Eligible To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Meet The Following Major Requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 75% Filipino-owned Partnership/corporation With Pcab License For Size Range _______, (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc, And (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc.* 3.
