Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Panglao, Bohol Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods And Services Is Required By 45 Days After Receipt Of The Ntp. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
