Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility In The Ra 9184. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. Post Qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid Shall Be Conducted. Prospective Bidders Shall Submit The Eligibility Requirements In Three (3) Copies (1 Original Copy And 2 Duplicate Copies) To The Bac Secretariat At The Address Herein Stated Below. Bid Documents Will Be Available Only To Eligible Bidders Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Amount Of Php 500.00 (fee For Bidding Documents) To The Municipal Treasurer Of Pamplona, Negros Oriental.
