Ynaguingayan”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Unit Of Pambujan, Province Of Northern Samar, Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The “concreting Of Farm-to-market Road At Brgy. Ynaguingayan”. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 75 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
