Samar The Lgu-palapag, Through The 2024 Annual Budget As Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-seven Pesos And Eighty Centavos (php 299,827.08) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Rehab. Of Improvement Of Legislative Building, New Sb Building, People’s Center, Brgy. Tambangan, Palapag, N. Samar. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Lgu-palapag Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 45 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
