Description Construction, Rehabilitation, And Improvement Of Line Canal For Various Barangays (cabanbanan, Magdapio, San Isidro, Poblacion I, And Poblacion Ii) 1. The Municipal Government Of Pagsanjan, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱1,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction/rehabilitation And Improvement Of Line Canal For Various Barangays (cabanbanan, Magdapio, San Isidro, Poblacion I And Pobalcion Ii) 2. The Municipal Government Of Pagsanjan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using The Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. The Municipal Government Of Pagsanjan Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference On April 24 (wednesday) At 2:00 Pm At Abc Hall Crisostomo St. Poblacion I, Pagsanjan, Laguna Which Shall Be Open To Prospective Bidders. 5. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipal Government Of Pagsanjan And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00 A.m To 4:00 P.m. 6. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On April 18- May 13,2024, 11:00 A.m. To 4:00 P.m. From The Given Address In The Amount Of Five Thousand Pesos (php 5,000.00).
