The Local Government Unit Of Padada, Through The General Fund For C.y 2023, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Acquisition Of (1) One Unit Brand New Service Vehicle Pick-up Type 4x2 At, 3.0 To Be Used In The Municipal Government Unit Of Padada, Davao Del Sur. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Padada Through Its Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For The Acquisition Of (1) One Unit Brand New Service Vehicle Pick-up Type 4x2 At, 3.0. Completion Of The Works / Delivery Is Required Within 45 Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed Project Within (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Of At Least 50 Per Cent Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc). The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Public Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
