The Municipality Of Orion, Bataan Through The Government Appropriation Act Of 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Pesos (php 3,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Labor And Materials For The Improvement Of Rhu – Construction Of Offices, Multi-drug Resistant Area, Emergency Room, Front Canopy And Installation Of Vinyl Tiles For Right / Left Wing 2nd Floor At Brgy Wawa, Orion, Bataan (24itb-inf-lvo2-031). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Orion, Bataan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
