Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Albay Municipality Of Oas Local Government Unit Oas Invitation To Bid For Supply/delivery For Procurement Of Printed Forms 1. The Local Government Unit Of Oas, Through The Annual Budget 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (php 350,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Delivery/supply Of Printed Forms. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Oas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Twenty (20) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
