The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon, Through The General Fund Fy 2025 /app 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Pesos (php499,000.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Food Catering Services During The Conduct Of Formulation Of Barangay Gad Plan And Budget For Fy 2026/01-007-25-goods. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Within Four (4) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Projects Within Two (2) Years, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar To The Contract To Be Bid And At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%), Prior From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
