The Municipality Of Moises Padilla Through The Allocation From Its General Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 327,485.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Purchase Of Medicines, Medical And Dental Supplies For Use Of Rhu, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Goods For This Project Located At This Municipality. Delivery Of Goods Is Twenty (20) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Two (2) Years A Slcc That Is Similar To The Project To Be Bid Equivalent To At Least 50% Of The Abc. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Irr Of Ra9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipality And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Office Of The Mpdc From 8:00am - 5:00p.m. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders On March 1 – 8, 2024 From The Bac Secretariat Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee For The Bidding Documents In The Amount Of Php 500.00. 5. Bids Must Be Delivered To The Municipality On Or Before March 8, 2024. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And At The Amount Stated In Section 27.2 Of The Revised Irr Of R.a. 9184 Or Bsd.
