The Municipality Of Moises Padilla Through The Allocation From Its General Fund And Mun. 20% Dev’t. Fund, 200 Cy, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 3,344,098.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Repair And Improvement Of Steel Hanging Footbridge, Binalbagan River, Brgy. Quintin Remo, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Materials, Labor And Equipment For This Project Located At This Municipality. Completion Of Works Is Seventy Five (75) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Two (2) Years A Slcc That Is Similar To The Project To Be Bid Equivalent To At Least 50% Of The Abc. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Irr Of Ra9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
