The Municipality Of Moises Padilla Through The Allocation From Its Mun. 20% Dev’t. Fund, Py 300 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 462,058.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Improvement Of Material Recycling Facilities (mrf) Building, Municipal Compound, Brgy. 2, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Materials, Labor And Equipments For This Project Located At This Municipality. Completion Of Works Is Sixty (60) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Two (2) Years A Slcc That Is Similar To The Project To Be Bid Equivalent To At Least 50% Of The Abc. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Irr Of Ra9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipality And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Office Of The Mpdc From 8:00am - 5:00p.m. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders On February 13 - 20, 2024 From The Bac Secretariat Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee For The Bidding Documents In The Amount Of Php 500.00. 5. Bids Must Be Delivered To The Municipality On Or Before February 20, 2024.
