The Municipality Of Moises Padilla Through The Allocation From Its Mun. 20% Dev’t. Fund, 300 Py, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 348,350.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Purchase Of Materials For The Repair Of One Unit Elementary School Building, Montilla Elem. School, Brgy. Montilla, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Goods For This Project Located At This Municipality. Completion Of Works Is Twenty (20) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Two (2) Years A Slcc That Is Similar To The Project To Be Bid Equivalent To At Least 50% Of The Abc. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Irr Of Ra9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipality And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Bac Office From 8:00am - 5:00p.m. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders On June 25 – July 3, 2024 From The Bac Secretariat Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee For The Bidding Documents In The Amount Of Php 500.00. 5. Bids Must Be Delivered To The Municipality On Or Before July 3, 2024.
