Lgu-minalabac, Camarines Sur, Through Gf, Cy 2023, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Six Hundred Fifty-six Thousand Eighty-nine Pesos & 19/100 (p 2,656,089.19) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Construction (completion) Of Multi-purpose Building/evacuation Center At Municipal Compound, San Juan - San Lorenzo, Minalabac, Camarines Sur. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-minalabac, Camarines Sur, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Contractors To Submit Bids For The Construction (completion) Of Multi-purpose Building/evacuation Center At Municipal Compound, San Juan - San Lorenzo, Minalabac, Cam. Sur. Completion Of Works Required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Provided, However, That Contractors Under Small A And Small B Categories Without Similar Experience On The Contract To Be Bid May Be Allowed To Bid If The Cost Of Such Contract Is Not More Than The Allowable Range Of Contract Cost (arcc) Of Their Registration Based On The Guidelines As Prescribed By The Pcab.
