The Municipal Government Of Maydolong, Eastern Samar, Through Cdf 2023(balances) & Cdf 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety & 34/100 (php 15,999,990.00) Pesos Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Infrastructure Project For Construction Municipal Building (phase Iii) Meo-246-24. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Maydolong, Eastern Samar Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Infrastructure Project For Construction Of Municipal Building(phase Iii) . Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 465 Calendar Days Upon Issuance Of Ntp/po. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
