The Municipal Government Of Mayantoc, Province Of Tarlac, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites All Prospective Bidders To Apply For Eligibility And Subsequently Bid For The Rehabilitation Of Covered Court Flooring At Barangay Poblacion Norte, Mayantoc, Tarlac. The Project Shall Be Completed Within Ninety (90) Days. The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine (p999,999.00) Pesos. 2. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee Of One Thousand Pesos Only (p1,000.00). The Bidder Or His Authorized Representative Shall Receive The Bidding Documents Starting Oct. 11, 2024. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Eligible Bidders Must Submit Their Bids On Or Before Oct. 21, 2024. A Bid Security In The Prescribed Form And Amount Must Accompany All Bids. 5.
