The Municipal Government Of Mayantoc, Province Of Tarlac, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites All Prospective Bidders To Apply For Eligibility And Subsequently Bid For The Purchase And Delivery Of Medicine And Food Supplements For The Second Semester 2024. The Project Shall Be Completed Within Thirty (30) Days. The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is Two Million Five Hundred Thousand (p2,500,000.00) Pesos. 2. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee Of Five Thousand Pesos Only (p5,000.00). The Bidder Or His Authorized Representative Shall Receive The Bidding Documents Starting Sept. 9, 2024. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
