The Lgu-mariveles, Through The Budget Of The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million, Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Three And 73/100 Pesos (php1,999,903.73) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Stage Phase 1 At Mnhs-alas-asin Brgy. Alas-asin Mariveles, Bataan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-mariveles Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 61 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
