Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. The Municipality Of Marihatag, Surigao Del Sur Now Calls For The Submission Of Eligibility Documents For The Request For Expression Of Interest For The Consultancy Services In The Preparation Of An Enhanced/corrected Program Of Work And Detailed Engineering Design That Is Compliant With The Prdp Approved Format And Templates 2. . Eligibility Documents Of Interested Consultants Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat On Or Before June 17, 2024 @ 2:00 P.m. At The Bac Office, Marihatag, Surigao Del Sur. Applications For Eligibility Will Be Evaluated Based On A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion. 3. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipality Of Marihatag, Surigao Del Sur And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 9:00 Am To 4:00pm. 4. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders From The Address Below And Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee For The Bidding Documents In The Amount Of Five Hundred Pesos Only (500.00). The Short List Shall Consist Of Consultancy Services For The Preparation Of The Enhanced/corrected Program Of Work (pow) - Includes Detailed Cost Estimates Preparation, Detailed Unit Price Analysis And Quantity Cost Sheet Preparation, Traffic Count Consolidation, Pavement Design Analysis Report, Construction Schedule (pert-cpm/gantt Chart And S-curve Preparation, Materials List Preparation, Manpower Utilization Schedule, Equipment Utilization Schedule, And Operation And Maintenance Plan And For The Preparation Of The Enhance/corrected Detailed Engineering Design (ded) - Includes Road Traverse Designing, Profile And Finished Grade Designing, Cross-sections Generation, Structures (slope Protection, Line Canal, Guardrails, Rcpcs, Box Culverts And Road Signages) Scheduling, Rcbc Structures Structural Analysis, Hydraulic And Hydrologic Analysis For Rcpcs And Sets Of General Specifications, All Compliant To Philippine Rural Development Project (prdp) Approved Templates And Specifications. This Will Include The Road Terrain Survey That Has The Data For All The Affected Structures (ex. Houses, Trees.) As The Basis For Pow And Ded. Also Included Is The Revision Of The Submitted Pow And Ded Until Its Final Approval By The Prdp Technical Team. Prospective Bidders Who Will Be Entitled To Submit Bids. The Criteria And Rating System For Short Listing Are: 6. The Funding Source Is Gop: Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Irr Of Ra 9184. 7. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 8. The Procuring Entity Shall Evaluate Bids Using The Quality-based Evaluation. The Criteria And Rating System For The Evaluation Of Bids Shall Be Provided In The Instructions To Bidders. 9. The Contract Shall Be Completed Within Two (2) Months 10.
