The Municipality Of Malvar Through The 20% Development Fund For Cy 2022 (continuing Appropriation) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (p 2,400,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Water System At Brgy. Poblacion Malvar, Batangas With Solicitation Number I-042024-009589. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Malvar Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 120 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
