Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Davao Del Sur Municipality Of Malalag Invitation To Bid For Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials For The Construction Of Solar Dryer, Purok 1, Ibo, Malalag, Davao Del Sur 1. The Local Government Of Malalag, Through Its 20% Df 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Nine Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-one Pesos And 75/100 (php 209,491.75) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials For The Construction Of Solar Dryer, Purok 1, Ibo, Malalag, Davao Del Sur. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Malalag Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
