Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Davao Del Sur Municipality Of Malalag Invitation To Bid For Supply And Delivery Of Motorcycle For Use In The Peace And Order Response, Monitoring And Supervision 1. The Local Government Of Malalag, Through Its Annual Budget Of Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Pesos (php 255,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Motorcycle For Use In The Peace And Order Response, Monitoring And Supervision. 2. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 3. The Local Government Of Malalag Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
