The Local Government Of Maitum, Through The 20% Suppl. #2, 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 758,960.00 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Deluvery Of Materials For Improvement Of Maitum Waterworks System/101-24-10- 1259. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Maitum Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 30 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within ______________ From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
