The Municipality Of Mahaplag, Leyte, Thru The 20% Economic Development Fund Calamity Fund Intend To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (php 457,250.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Construction Materials For Construction Of Columbarium At New Cemetery Of The Lgu-mahaplag, Leyte. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Mahaplag, Leyte, Now Invites Bids For The Construction Materials For Construction Of Columbarium At New Cemetery Of The Lgu-mahaplag, Leyte. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 120 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
