Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Agricultural Inputs (tobacco Nif Seed Growers, Fertilizer And Insecticides) The Municipality Of Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, Through The Ra7171 (fy 2022 Collection) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fiftyfive Million Pesos (₱55,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Agricultural Inputs (tobacco Nif Seed Growers, Fertilizer And Insecticides) With Solicitation Number 24-11-209. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of Magsingal Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required By January 15, 2025 (30 Calendar Days). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipality Of Magsingal And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours (8:00 A.m. To 12:00 P.m. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On November 20, 2024 To December 09, 2024 From The Given Address Below And Upon Payment Of Non-refundable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱50,000.00). The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees In Person.
