Description Invitation To Bid For The Improvement / Rehabilitation Of San Ramon Farm To Market Road The Municipality Of Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, Through The Ra7171 (fy 2022 Collection) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱9,800,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Improvement / Rehabilitation Of San Ramon Farm To Market Road With Solicitation Number 24-11-205. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of Magsingal Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required By March 10, 2025 (90 Calendar Days). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipality Of Magsingal And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours (8:00 A.m. To 12:00 P.m. And 1:00 P.m. To 5:00 P.m.) The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees In Person.
