Description Invitation To Bid For The Improvement/rehabilitation Of Puro Farm To Market Road Phase Iv The Municipality Of Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, Through The Ra7171 (fy 2022 Collection) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fourteen Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱14,700,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Improvement/rehabilitation Of Puro Farm To Market Road Phase Iv With Solicitation Number 25-01-005. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of Magsingal Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required By June 10, 2025 (120 Calendar Days). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipality Of Magsingal And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours (8:00 A.m. To 12:00 P.m. And 1:00 P.m. To 5:00 P.m.) A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On January 15, 2025 To February 03, 2025 From The Given Address Below And Upon Payment Of Non-refundable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Twentyfive Thousand Pesos (₱25,000.00). The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees In Person.
