Description 1. The Local Government Unit Of Maconacon, Through The Dpwh Development Fund Apply The Sum Of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 2,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Provision Of Renewable Energy-based Electrification In Barangay Diana. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Maconacon Now Invites Bids For Provision Of Renewable Energy-based Electrification In Barangay Diana For A Contract Duration Of 60 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
