Description 1. The Local Government Of Maconacon, Isabela, Through Medicines And Supplies Fund And As Per Authority To Supply And Delivery Of Medicines And Supplies Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Eighty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-three Pesos (p989,933.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The “supply And Delivery Of Medicines And Supplies”. The Period For The Performance Of The Obligations Under The Contract Shall Not Go Beyond The Validity Of The Corresponding Appropriations For The Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Maconacon, Isabela Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Drugs And Medicine In Maconacon, Isabela Is Required For A Contract Duration Of 15 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
