The Municipality Of Mabuhay, Through The Annual Investment Plan Of 2020 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Seventy Thousand Pesos (php1,070,000.00) Being Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Shall Be The Contract For Mzsp-2024-06-12 Bids Received In Excess Of Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Mabuhay Now Invites Bids For Construction Of Mabuhay Women's Building Phase 4. Completion Of Work Is Required Thirty-nine (39) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretory Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulation (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
