The Municipal Government Of Mlang, Through The Annual Budget For Cy 2024 Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Thirty Five Thousand One Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos And 73/100 Only (p 335,168.73) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Civil Works: Pole Transfer And Line Rehabilitation Of Mlang Lgu Motorpool. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Mlang Now Invites Bids For The The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Seventeen (17) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
