The Municipal Government Of Mlang, Through The Annual Budget – Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (p 1,500,000.00) ) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Three (3) Heads Gilts And Eighty Eight (88) Heads Weanling Piglets For Livestock Intervention To Fisherfolks Affected By African Swine Fever And El Niño Phenomenon . Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Mlang Now Invites Bids For The Above Early Procurement Activity. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Within (45) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
