The Barangay Government Of Luz Village, Mlang, Cotabato Through The Annual Budget 2024 Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos & 20/100 (p 218,288.20) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Materials For The Construction Of Daycare Center – Phase I At Barangay Luz Village, Mlang, Cotabato. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Government Of Luz Village Now Invites Bids For The The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Seventeen (17) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In The Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
