The Local Government Unit Of Lupi, Camarines Sur, Through Its 20% Economic Development Fund (edf) 2023 And 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Seven Hundred Thirty-one Thousand Pesos Only (php4,731,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Civil Works (expansion Of Legislative Building-phase I At Lgu Compound, Poblacion, Lupi, Camarines Sur). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Lupi, Camarines Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 150 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
