Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected On Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Luisiana, Laguna Now Invites Bids For The Service Entrance And Loadside Installation For Pagcor Socio-civic Center. Execution/delivery Of The Project/goods Shall Commence Within 10 Days After The Notice To Proceed Had Been Received And Signed By The Winning Bidder.
