The Municipality Of Loreto Agusan Del Sur, Through The General Funds Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Three Hundred Nine Thousan Pesos (php 4,309,058.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Concreting Of Municipal Road Located At Purok 8, Poblacion, Loreto, Agusan Del Sur. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Loreto Agusan Del Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
