Description Invitation To Bid For Replacement Of Line 3 & 4 Zipline Cable Leap, Gotozon, Loboc, Bohol 1. The Municipality Of Loboc, Through The Municipal Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Sixty-nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (php869,400.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Replacement Of Line 3 & 4 Zipline Cable/pb069-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Loboc Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipality Of Loboc And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00 A.m. To 5:00 P.m. 5.
