Description Invitation To Bid Repair/improvement Of Multi – Purpose Building Barangay Oy, Loboc, Bohol 1. The Blgu-oy, Loboc, Bohol Through The 20% Barangay Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (php200,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract Repair/improvement Of Multi-purpose Building/04-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Blgu-oy, Loboc, Bohol Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Blgu-oy, Loboc And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00 A.m To 5:00 P.m. Beginning October 16, 2024. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders From The Address Below And Upon Payment Of A Nonrefundable Fee For The Bidding Documents In The Amount Of Five Hundred Pesos (php500.00).
