Description Invitation To Bid Purchase And Delivery Of One (1) Unit Brand New Wheel Excavator Loboc, Bohol 1. The Municipality Of Loboc, Through The Municipal Fund 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twelve Million Pesos (php12,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Purchase And Delivery Of One (1) Unit Brand New Wheel Excavator/pb048-2023. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 3. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipality Of Loboc And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00 A.m. To 5:00 P.m. 4. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On December 19, 2023 From Given Address And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Twelve Thousand Pesos (php 12,000.00). 5.
