The Municipal Government Of Lobo, Batangas, Through The Dilg-lgsf Fy 2023-trust Fund Intended For The Implementation Of Priority Programs And Projects Of Various Local Government Units (lgus) In Region Iv-a Chargeable Against Fy 2023 Gaa Ra11936 Under Project Name-construction Of Public Parks And Plaza In Barangay Poblacion, Lobo, Batangas Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty-nine Million Nine Hundred Seventy-six Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-seven & 68/100 Pesos (php 39,976,597.68) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply Of Materials, Labor And Equipment For The Construction Of Public Parks And Plaza In Barangay Poblacion, Lobo, Batangas/project Id No. (3-1-10)2024-10-0056. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Lobo, Batangas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 240 Calendar Days (inclusive Of 59 Unworkable Days) After The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
