Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Pangasinan Municipality Of Lingayen Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Office Equipment To Be Used At Lingayen School District Ii, Lingayen, Pangasinan The Local Government Unit (lgu) Of Lingayen, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (p220,000.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Pay For The Procurement Of Office Equipment To Be Used At Lingayen School District Ii, Lingayen, Pangasinan With Purchase Request No. 100-24-06-405 To Be Charged Through The Sef- Capital Outlay. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Unit Of Lingayen Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days . Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
